TPV Service Team Welcomes New Executive Assistant
The Sales Verification Company is speeding down the TPV service tracks at top speed. New clients, expanded staff and renovated office space are the clickety-clack of forward progress. And just like in the movies, when you’re reaching to leap on a moving train, it’s best if you are already running. Jessenia Padilla, our new Executive Assistant to the VP of Business Development, comes to the Sales Verification Company with six years of call center experience. She already understands the dedication required to provide the superior customer service and client responsiveness for which SVC has become known.
“Our TPV business has grown dramatically over the last several months,” said the VP of Business Development, Vicki Norton, to whom Jessenia will report. “Inquires about our services and new-client contracts continue to rise, and we needed help to maintain our service levels. Jessenia’s experience in the call center industry will be a great help to all of us as she learns the specifics of third party verification service.”
In her previous posts, Jessenia has held supervisory roles business-to-consumer sales, quality assurance, and new-client integration. She will assist Vicki in administrative duties, as well as contribute to sales and business development.
