The latest envoy was new Director of Operations, Jackie O’Malley, who visited her Golden State colleagues last week.
Jackie has been with our TPV team for three years, and learned the ins and outs of our Florida headquarters as the Production Manager. Now in her now role, she has operational responsibility for both centers, including all Production, Training and Quality
She made the trip west to meet with the department heads of those areas, ensuring clear communication and operational standards between the two centers.
