TPV Veteran Moves Into Crucial Operations Role

The Sales Verification Company floor consists of a lot of moving parts. Keeping everything running smoothly is the new chief mechanic, Director of Operations Jacqueline O’Malley.

Jacqueline has been with the team for three years, and has developed a well-deserved reputation as the go-to person for problem solving and personal advice. In her previous role as Production Manager, it was her job to match personnel with the incoming call volume. She needed to know who could handle what at all times, and make continual adjustments on the fly.

As Director of Operations, she has added direct responsibility for all Production, Training and Quality, communicating closely with other departments to ensure the proper fulfillment of the client’s needs and expectations.

It’s a big hat, but Jacqueline excels at straightforward communication and efficiency. Her attention to detail and dedication to the team make her a natural for the position.
