It all flows through the Account Manager, so it’s imperative that those who hold that key role have a keen understanding of all parts of the TPV business.
And that’s certainly the case for “Lina,” who began her career at The Sales Verification Company in March 2011 as a TPV agent. Within two months she was promoted to Data Analyst in the Quality Control Department, where she monitored agents and provided qualitative feedback.
Within a year she was Floor Supervisor, running a team of agents in all facets of campaign operation. Now, as Account Manager, she’ll interface with clients in designing the campaigns from the outside in, and work closely with those on the floor to hit common goals.
“I think the experience I’ve gained on the TPV floor will be very important in my new role,” Lina said. “We’ve got a great team that’s dedicated to providing the best possible TPV service, and I can’t wait to get started.”
