At the Sales Verification Company, we pride ourselves on our customer interactions, and continually train our representatives on both presentation and listening skills. The human touch makes all the difference.
We also measure the agents on all sorts of performance metrics, from talk time to average verifications per hour to the overall performance of the room. It’s a way of keeping score and making sure we’re delivering value for our clients.
As the month progresses, each TPV agent is awarded raffle tickets for superior statistical performance. The better the agent performs, the more tickets with their name on them.
At the end of the month, we throw all the tickets in the hat and draw a winner. Kamaria continually hit her targets throughout the month, and took home the big prize.
It’s a small recognition of hard work and dedication by the entire sales verification team.
“The monthly drawings are a fun way to keep up the positive energy on the TPV floor,” Executive Director Jason Zitner said. “They all take great pride in their work, and continually try to exceed expectations. The prizes certainly aren’t the sole motivation, but it’s a nice way to recognize the effort.”
