Sara Goldberg – Executive Director

As Executive Director, Sara is responsible for the viability and expansion of the company and her primary strengths are in establishing and building companies.

Sara’s experience includes: Partner at USP & G Energy, as Senior VP. Primary duties included overseeing Human Resources, training of all staff and executives as well as legal liaison. A signature accomplishment was the re-organization and training of the entire telemarketing sales room whereby sales increased 500% that year over the previous year.

As Director of C & I of Energy Professionals – Large Commercial Sales, Sara’s responsibilities included hiring and training of sales consultants and day-to-day operations.

As Sr. VP at ESI, a software company, Sara’s responsibilities included head of the International Distributors and took sales into an entirely new range. Sara was promoted to Sr. VP over Marketing and Public Relations and also held the position of President. Sara built the company from 10 employees into an INC 500 Fastest Growing Company in the US.

Sara has had over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant and has successfully held positions in and over sales, marketing, personnel, PR, and more. She has consulted small and medium business owners in turning around their own companies. Sara has been instrumental in expanding companies across the USA in a multitude of segments from high tech to professional services to manufacturing.

Vicki Norton – V.P. Business Development

Vicki Norton is the Vice President of Business Development. In her role, Vicki’s primary focus is sales, business development and senior customer service for The Sales Verification Company. Vicki is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive in the areas of business development and enterprise sales management.

In her prior position, Vicki raised $22 million of operational and development capital for a cell phone, software, child protection product. As Vice President of Investor Relations, Vicki managed all aspects of fundraising as well as managed all shareholder and public relations. She also got this product onto 74 national television appearances.

Prior to this position, Vicki was one of the partners of CD Associates, which became the #1 manufacturer of compact disc testing equipment in the Americas and #3 internationally with worldwide distribution. As one of three partners, she helped expand the company to a multimillion dollar a year organization by forging relationships with Fortune 100 and 500 companies which included Sony Music International, Microsoft, PolyGram France and the US, Sonopress, KAO, Imation, and WEA – Warner USA.

Before CD Associates, Vicki served as a Sr. Account Executive at Amdahl-Fujitsu Corporation, one of the top manufacturers of mainframe computers and peripherals where she ranked #1 in sales worldwide. One highlight included the sale of a $75 million supply contract to TRW Credit/Experian. Other accounts included McDonnell Douglas Corporation, TRW Space and Defense, TRW Electronics; and Blue Cross of California. During her 10 years at Amdahl, Vicki personally generated over $125 million in sales.


Milly Borja – Senior Account Manager

Milly joined The Sales Verification Company in March 2009. She oversees all aspects of Account Management and client interaction. She acts as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, making sure that all concerns and requests are handled quickly and accurately.

Milly has 7 years of call center experience. She worked for AGR Group from 2005-2009, where she joined as a sales agent and rapidly moved on to become a floor manager, assisting the newer agents. She also handled internal verifications for the residential sales floor and was promoted to Manager of Quality Control in 2008.


Yasaman Garner – Account Manager

Yasaman joined the Sales Verifications Company in October, 2010 as a verification representative. After demonstrating strong work ethic and competence in all of the verification campaigns at the center, she was promoted to the Quality Control department as a monitor. Yasaman’s hard work, dedication and strong presence led to her advancement as Training Manager in March of 2011 and subsequently to her current position as Account Manager. Her attention to detail, thorough understanding of all of the verification campaigns client and regulatory standards and her excellent communication skills make her an asset to the company!

Yasaman has six years experience in customer service at several retail companies, where she gained experience in managing day-to-day production as well as motivating and ensuring quality, consistency, and dependability in all employees. She is also an LVA certified tutor and has worked with children as a tutor and mentor. Yasaman’s personal motto is, “To believe in yourself and what you can do is the first step on the road to success – Everyday is a brand new opportunity to grow!”


Mike Epley – Director of Quality Control

Mike is in charge of overseeing SVC’s monitoring, corrections and training departments, where he will ensure our clients’ standards are maintained. Prior to joining SVC, Mike was owner of Construction Analysis Systems, Inc., where he also handled marketing and product control. Mike has over 25 years of call center experience, including roles as unit supervisor and chief of quality control and call monitoring.

Mike’s role is to maintain client standards and implement campaign changes. Specific duties include managing the monitoring department and providing feedback to the representatives on areas that need improvement. He will also work closely with the training supervisor in evaluating and approving our representatives before they reach the verification floor.


Jacqueline O’Malley – Production Manager

Jacqueline oversees the floor managers, maintaining strong communication to ensure the smooth flow of daily production. She also works closely with the Quality Director to make certain the clients’ expectations and compliance standards are met consistently.

Prior to joining the Sales Verification Company in April 2010, Jacqueline was Director of Quality for Consumer Energy Services, where she gained great experience in managing client interactions, ensuring quality standards and fostering high employee morale. Her industry knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond make her a valuable contributor to the Sales Verification Company.


Antonio Grant – Training Manager

Antonio has risen through the ranks of The Sales Verification company to accept the critical role of Training Manager. New employees spend two weeks under Antonio’s watchful eye, rehearsing script and data screens, venturing onto the phones, and having their performance evaluated and critiqued. Only then do they get their regular chair in the production environment. This level of commitment to the training process helps The Sales Verification Company excel in all script adherence and customer-satisfaction metrics.

Antonio began on the sales floor as a front-line verifier before moving up a level to Quality Control monitor. That background proves invaluable in the teaching and training of new employees, as he understands first-hand the challenges of the job. His attention to detail and outstanding work ethic make him a valuable addition to the team.


Jessica Zhang – Executive Assistant, Business Development

Jessica is the Executive Assistant for Business Development, supporting Vicki Norton in winning new clients and ensuring a smooth transition from contract to campaign execution. Jessica joined The Sales Verification Company after a successful run as a sales agent for a skin care company. Her enthusiastic personality and attention to detail drove impressive sales results, and she enjoyed a loyal clientele through a dedication to customer service.

She has B.A. in Economics from the Goddard Business School at Weber State University, where she also worked as a Budget Analyst. Her database management skills, finance background and business acumen will be valuable assets in the Sales Verification Company’s pursuit of new client relationships.
