Jonathan Lo Bue – President

Jonathan Lo Bue comes to The Sales Verification Company with more than 15 years in operations management, customer service, business development and quality assurance, with experience in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems, infrastructure, and staffing required to accomplish company projects and objectives.

Most recently, he worked as the Vice President of Business Development for The Sales Verification Company where he was responsible for determining the correct services for our clients and providing the necessary coordination to best implement these services, based on our client needs.

Prior to this he was a business consultant for an international consulting firm specializing in private medical practices. Through analyzing client needs and implementing sales and marketing programs, his private practice clients saw an average revenue growth of 15-20% annually. He is also credited with the development of successful sales development programs and management tools now used internationally by private medical practices.

As a Vice President for another company, he successfully implemented programs across multiple departments and in affiliate organizations to improve their client relations and bottom line. As part of this, he planned and coordinated the execution of product and service sales events resulting in several millions in sales.


Milly Borja – Director of Administration

Her areas of responsibility include the Deparment of Personnel (hiring, placement, discipline), the Department of Communications (reception, unemployment compliance,
intra-office technology) and the Department of Inspections and Reports (quantitative analysis and corrective actions).

Milly has nine years of call center experience, and has held a variety of leadership and support roles.


Melissa Wareham – Account Manager

melissaMelissa began her career at The Sales Verification Company in August 2010 as a third party verification representative. She was quickly promoted to Data Analyst in the Quality Control Department, where her attention to detail made an immediate impact.

She was soon promoted again to the key role of Administrative Assistant, helping the Account Managers care for the clients while maximizing efficiencies on the verification floor. Her strong work ethic, communications ability and operational knowledge made her a natural choice for Account Manager.


Roberlyna Slapin – Account Manager

linaThe Sales Verification Company welcomed Roberlyna as a TPV agent in March, 2011. Successive positions as Data Analyst and Quality Control Manager have given her a 360-degree view of the company, which makes her perfectly suited for the Account Manager’s role.

“Lina” has more than seven years of management experience, having run a fitness center and several retail operations in Florida and New Jersey. Her strong interpersonal and organizational skills will contribute to the relationship building and client rapport that is the hallmark of SVC Account Management.


Jacqueline O’Malley – Director of Operations

Screen-shot-2012-06-05-at-1.03.20-PMAs Director of Operations, Jacqueline has direct responsibility for all Production, Training and Quality, communicating closely with other departments to ensure the proper fulfillment of the client’s needs and expectations.

Prior to joining the Sales Verification Company in April 2010, Jacqueline was Director of Quality for Consumer Energy Services, where she gained great experience in managing client interactions, ensuring quality standards and fostering high employee morale. Her industry knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond make her a valuable contributor to the Sales Verification Company.


Juan Miguel – Production Manager

juna72Juan oversees the floor managers, maintaining strong communication to ensure the smooth flow of daily production. He also works closely with the Quality Director to make certain the clients’ expectations and compliance standards are consistently met.

Juan joined SVC in 2010 as a TPV representative. He was promoted to a floor supervisor position and then to the lead floor supervisor before accepting his current post.
